Please join your friends and colleagues from the New England Hotel Chapter of Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals for our March Dinner Meeting. This event will be hosted by Nitin Bengani, Assistant Director of Finance, Taj Hotel Boston on Wednesday March 10th at 6:00 pm.  

Loyalty Trends  

Chapter Past President Mark Haley of The Prism Partnership will present the key trends driving the evolution of hotel loyalty programs today and tomorrow. Loyalty programs are the de facto Customer Relationship Management strategy for the major hotel companies, and absolute battleground for the traveler’s wallet. Great opportunity to invite your Director of Marketing!  

Meeting dues are $55 for HFTP members and $70 for non-members. Please consider an RSVP of “Yes” as a commitment to the host hotel/club that you will be attending. Our host hotels/clubs require firm guarantees, so please RSVP on a timely basis. Since we have to guarantee the number of attendees with the host hotel/club, the association will bill for no shows.  

Please RSVP “Yes” or “No” no later than noon on Monday March 8th. If you are not able to attend, please RSVP “No” and you will not receive follow up messages. Your timely RSVP of “Yes” or “No” is greatly appreciated. If you are not able to reply via the links provided, please contact me directly.
